The search for Love leads us down many and strange roads, often leading us to addresses in unhealthy neighborhoods. It was not our intention of setting up residence there, but to return to where we came from seemed harder, and lonelier, than staying put.
The search for Love demands a high-risk investment. The adrenalin rush of adventure fades as the rush of reality seeps into our heart, our bones, our minds and our souls. The promise of a lifetime dissolved into a lifetime of pain.
The search of Love led One to the earth. HE gave HIS heart away, knowing that many would not value it. HE wrote HIS word in stone, knowing that many would break it.
The search of Love led One to the cross. HE gave HIS life away, knowing that many wanted to take it. HE crossed the separation of death, knowing that many would join HIM in life eternal.
