Dignity, A Gift of Love

When dignity is allowed, motivated by Love,
it is not that he or she is of great fortune or of higher status,
but that he or she is worthy of being honored and esteemed.

When dignity is given, motivated by Love,
it is not that he or she is capable of repaying for the gift received,
but that he or she is worthy of respect.

Where there is Love, dignity will be present.
It will not be denied.
It will not be withheld in punishment.
It will not be cloaked within the art of humiliation.

Where dignity is present,
there will be validation for the giver and the receiver.
Where dignity is present,
there will be equality between the giver and the recipient.
Where dignity is present,
souls are free and hope is not silent.

Where dignity is denied, there is an oppression of Love.
Where dignity is denied, there is control and manipulation.
Where dignity is denied, there is much pride.
